Base Plus Delivery - Polar Fuel believes that the customer who wishes to take on the responsibility of managing their tank should also be allowed to set their own price. We do this with our Base Cost plus Delivery program. Polar Fuel charges the base cost of fuel plus a delivery fee for a call in order. This allows the customer the ability to choose the price level that they wish to pay. If small deliveries work the best, then that's what they can do. If they wish to achieve the lowest price possible for their tank size, then they can manage their tank and call us at the point that it can take the maximum amount. The Call In customer is a valued customer at Polar Fuel and we strive to make Call-In Deliveries within 24 hours of request. Please understand that Call-Ins are delivered in the order in which they were received.

All Call-In deliveries are COD, Call-In customers are welcome to pay by credit card or pre-pay in the office if they don't wish to be home at the time of delivery.
