Polar Fuel does offer budget plans for those customers who wish to make 10 monthly payments for their heating oil. Budget coupons are generated in the last week of July and payments start in August with the last payment due in May. On June 1st the account balance must be zeroed out. We review Budget Plans in the first week of January to insure that our budget customers are not over paying or under paying so there are no surprises at the end of the season.
In an effort to make your monthly payment work out correctly we need a good delivery history for the structure's last 12 months. Without that history we are left to make our best educated guess.
